Radislav Jović was born on December 1, 1956 in Kiseljak near Zvornik.
He pursued his education in Salaš Noćajski, Mačvanska Mitrovica, Rajlovac near Sarajevo, and Belgrade.
He published several books of poetry: Between One Silence and Another (in Macedonian, 1985), If There Is Morning (1997), Blue View (childen's book, 1998), Between One Silence and Another (second edition in Serbian, 2001), and The Book of Good Wishes (childen's book, 2006).

She was awarded the Scena Crnjanski Award for her novel She-Wolf in 1999.

Radica Jovanović-Biljić was born on March 16, 1968 in Kosovka Mitrovica.
She writes prose and poetry for children and adults. She is a member of the Yugoslav Society of Writers and Authors, UPS, SKOR, as well as the Ivo Andrić and Scena Crnjanski literature clubs.
Her works were included in over ten literature anthologies, including Mother in Poems, Father in Poems, compiled by M. Sekulić, B. Polje, 204. She won many literature awards at literature contests and festivals.
Published works: All My Prayers (book of poetry, 2002), Doors of Silence (book of poetry, 2003), and Petrified Silence (book of poetry, 2005).
